From two cabins, we ended up building an entire resort. Thus, the concept of Moon Resorts was born. From the two cabins that would soon become the symbol of this special place, more were added. What started modestly quickly transformed into a full-fledged resort, with amenities that include gardens, relaxation areas, and later even places for weddings and events.

“We started with two cabins and gradually grew, but as the number of bookings increased, it was clear that we couldn’t handle it on our own. We worked with a management system from Germany at first, but when we reached 16 units in Bușteni and 5 in Comarnic, the system we were using was outdated,” says the representative of Moon Resorts.

The problems didn’t stop there. Although they used property management software (PMS), it wasn’t efficient enough for the growing complexity of their business.
