At PynBooking, we are dedicated to our mission of developing complete software ecosystems for businesses in the HoReCa industry. Our main goal is to help these businesses grow their revenue, automate daily processes, and provide their customers with an enhanced, modern, and efficient experience.

 

We are looking for a colleague who is willing to learn our software solutions in detail. You will become an expert in the PynBooking platform, assisting clients in real-time and helping them achieve remarkable performance in their businesses.

 

What will you do?

  • Help new clients create accounts and start using our tools.
  • Assist existing clients in resolving any issues they encounter while using our tools – through our internal ticketing CRM or over the phone.
  • Help clients achieve outstanding results using our tools by training them on the existing software features and newly developed functionalities.
  • Assist in creating new tutorials, documentation, videos, and articles in the Customer Support section.

 

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Previous experience in technical support services or a similar role.
  • Advanced knowledge of any of the following languages: English, Greek, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Computer and IT system skills.
  • Creativity, a positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude, with the ability to adapt and respond to different user approaches.
  • Interest and passion for digital trends and the ability to integrate them into the support service.
  • Ability to collect and analyze customer feedback to identify potential improvements in our products or services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

 

It’s an advantage if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, in hotels or guesthouses.
