At Pynbooking, we are developing a complete cloud software module system, specifically designed for the HoReCa industry. We help hotels, guesthouses, and restaurants automate their operations, reduce costs, and improve guest experiences.

We are looking for:

  • A professional from the HoReCa industry, passionate about sales and eager to actively contribute to the digitalization of this sector. If you have experience in the field (hotels, restaurants, guesthouses) and come with a network of contacts or potential clients, it’s a big plus.
  • We want a “hunter” mentality sales professional who is confident and result-oriented, able to understand the real needs of HoReCa operators and promote efficient SaaS solutions.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and contact lists of potential clients from the HoReCa industry.
  • Make daily calls to cold or warm leads to qualify opportunities (goal: 20-25 short calls/day during the prospecting phase).
  • Identify decision-makers and their real digitalization needs.
  • Present the benefits of Pynbooking and conduct online demos.
  • Constantly update the CRM and manage the entire sales process with rigor.
  • Pass the client to the onboarding team after signing.

 

What we would like you to bring with you:

  • Experience in B2B sales (minimum 3 years), ideally in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in cold calling and generating your own leads.
  • Motivation, organization, and perseverance.
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Openness to technology and digitalization.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Familiarity with CRMs.
